FOUNDER AND BROKER
Becky loves the quality and craftsmanship of historic homes and is a big proponent of urban living. One of her favorite things to do is tour houses and evaluate the potential of spaces for her clients’ needs. A close second is preparing homes for market and helping clients strategize to make the most out of their investment. After many lessons through her own renovation experiences and in selling real estate, Becky is a firm believer in the transformative power of design -- not only in the spaces we choose to reside in, but also in the return on investment when selling. You will see this consistently touched upon when touring homes and/or preparing for market.
Becky and her wife Gracie bought their first home (a 1938 two story) in Kingfield, then moved to a 1916 Craftsman in East Harriet and are now renovating a 1928 Cape Cod in Edina where they are raising their three kids, Millie, Alma, & Fitz along with dog, Murphy. A Shenandoah Terrace 4-plex and Nokomis duplex also keep them busy as they are dedicated to remodeling and updating each property they own. When she’s not managing real estate or kids, you’re likely to find Becky trying to keep her golf game as good as it was in college or obsessing over her newfound sports passion - tennis! She’s always up for a round of either - so never hesitate to reach out.

Elena grew up in the charming city of Deephaven, Minnesota. Her love of homes stemmed from living in a neighborhood full of original cabins & cottages. Elena’s passion and eye for creativity took her to Bozeman, Montana where she got her degree in film & photography. After returning home to Minneapolis, she worked in advertising making a multitude of commercials. During which, she had the pleasure of working with Becky to buy her first home. Elena fell in love with the home buying process, DIYing, and design. She feels her artistry goes hand in hand with her real estate career.
Elena is passionate about giving people that same feeling she had when she bought her first home. Her can-do attitude, empathy, and patience helps people through one of the biggest transactions of their lives. She believes that the layout and emotional appeal of a house is what makes a house a home. Elena's background in film and advertising brings a unique value to Quinby Partners clients, helping sellers market their homes in new and creative ways.
Elena resides in a 1970’s home on Medicine Lake with her partner Scott and their two rescue pups, Moose & Minnie.

Formally trained in education and design, Lindsay has always had an eye for detail and a passion for curating environments that inspire. Having lived in brownstone apartments on the Upper East Side, a mid-century home in Phoenix, to her current 1909 craftsman, Lindsay is an enthusiast for homes with history.
As a queer woman in real estate, she’s a strong advocate for first-time and LGBTQIA+ buyers, and strives to make home buying a more inclusive, intentional process. She focuses on educating clients in the buying and selling process, to ensure they have the full toolkit to make informed decisions. She looks forward to leading you through the often-ferocious process of home buying with patience and levity.
Lindsay now lives in the Cooper neighborhood with her wife Victoria, and two children, Georgia & Greer. She loves estate sales, home projects, cooking, farmer’s markets, and everything that makes a house a home.

Claire may hail from the great state of Iowa, but she's found her home here in Minneapolis and loves everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With a background in Gerontology, she leads the Quinby Partners team in affiliations with senior living communities & general 55+ transition. She's also spearheading our managed services platform that we will soon have available to homeowners in the west metro.
She loves touring homes with prospective buyers, helping them to evaluate properties and ensure their goals are being satisfied with each home they consider. Her organization and work ethic shine when helping clients prepare for market and work through transition - typically from long standing family homes into new chapters. When not driving Quinby Partner's growth & client care, you'll find Claire trying out a new restaurant with friends, reading a good book, or in a Pilates class.
